The pictures listed below were scanned from 19th Century books and prints that were formerly part of the library of the Descendants of Mexican War Veterans (they have since been donated to the U.S. National Park Service at Brownsville, Texas), as the well as from books in the the personal collection of one of our members. These images may be used for non-profit, personal and/or educational purposes only (to illustrate a school report, for example).
